Stewart Nachmias demonstrates his printmaking/papermaking process
Pulp Icons: Cast Paper and Prints by Stewart Nachmias is a showing of multi-dimensional woodcuts cast in dyed paper pulp and mixed media prints. Images of musicians, puppets, clowns, mandalas, amusements, events, and urban environments are presented in an expressive and humorous way. The show has been on a national tour of museums, universities and art centers since 2012. This video starts with an animation created by the artist using all original prints and music.
